Carr & Day & Martin expands welfare sponsorship
Carr & Day & Martin has expanded its sponsorship of World Horse Welfare, becoming an Official Care Supporter across all four of the charity’s rescue and rehoming centres.
The move follows three years supporting the charity’s Hall Farm centre. It now extends to all four UK centres, helping to fund the care, rehabilitation and rehoming of horses, ponies, donkeys and mules in need.
As part of the deal, Carr & Day & Martin will donate £1 from every tub of Cornucrescine Daily Hoof Balm Clear and Black sold between 1 May 2026 and 30 April 2027, raising awareness and funds for the charity.
The brand, which has produced equine care products since 1765, will also continue to supply grooming and care products across the centres and support fundraising through prize donations.
Caroline Davis, Brand Manager at Carr & Day & Martin, said the expanded support lets the company play a direct role in the care of horses while raising funds through a cause-related campaign.
Peter Rowbottom, Director of Fundraising at World Horse Welfare, said the backing would help even more horses, ponies, donkeys and mules in the run-up to the charity’s centenary.
