Charles Owen launches new retailer training platform

Charles Owen has launched a new condensed training platform for retailers as a single-module course, in which participants will explore the company’s history and values, gain a deeper understanding of their full product range, and develop essential fitting techniques needed to ensure very rider finds the right level of protection.

The module comprises three sections:

• EQx — Together We Fly — this section explores the Charles Owen sub-brand and innovative products within the range. 

• Helmet Fitting Training — whether new to a team, or just needing a refresh, this section provides important information about fitting Charles Owen helmets.

• Body Protectors — this section looks at the facts about body protectors, from fit to function, and the importance of body protection.

Those completing the course will be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to guide customers effectively and deliver the best possible experience.
