Dengie announces new partnership with Animalweb

Dengie, the UK’s leading producer of fibre-based horse feeds, has announced a new partnership with Animalweb, becoming the platform’s official Nutrition Partner. The collaboration will focus on delivering clear, evidence-based guidance on equine nutrition and tackling common myths and misconceptions.

The announcement follows an Animalweb survey of more than 600 horse owners, which revealed widespread uncertainty about what nutritional advice to trust — highlighting a clear appetite for reliable, research-led information.

“We are delighted and honoured to be joining Animalweb as their Nutrition Partner,” says Dr Katie Williams, Technical & Product Development Manager at Dengie. “Their reputation for providing factual information and bringing the findings of studies and research to horse owners is second to none and we are thrilled to be a part of that.”

Animalweb, founded by Dr David Marlin, is a hub for evidence-based equine science, sharing research and expert advice to help owners make informed decisions.

“At Animalweb our mission is to make science accessible and relevant to every horse owner,” says David. “Dengie has always been a science and research-led company, which fits perfectly with Animalweb’s ethos.”

The partnership will see both organisations share practical feeding advice and resources to promote science-led decision making.
