Sundown Products expands southern coverage with new sales appointment
Sundown Products has appointed Susie Blackburn as sales agent for the South of England, strengthening support for retailers across the region.
Susie will combine the new role with her existing position at Honeychop Horse Feeds.
Director Rachel Cubitt said: “Susie brings extensive experience in the equine and animal health sectors and a strong track record in territory growth, product launches and supporting independent retailers. We’re delighted she has joined the team.”
Her remit will include retailer support for Sundown’s core bedding lines, including:
- NOPS-approved Sun-e-bed straw pellet bedding
- Chopped straw horse bedding
- Bedding for pet poultry
- Straw pellet cat litter
Susie is a CIM-qualified sales professional with a BSc. Previous roles include Merial Animal Health, where she managed a £2 million equine territory.
A lifelong equestrian, she now supports her daughter’s riding activities.
On joining the business, Susie said: “With a strong brand and high quality product, I’m thrilled to be adding Sundown animal bedding to my sales portfolio. I look forward to supporting existing and new retailers, and introducing more people to the benefits of switching to high quality straw bedding.”
