Wood & Slumber appoints Peter Forster as Sales Manager

Wood & Slumber has appointed Peter Forster as Sales Manager as the premium equine bedding brand continues to grow its UK stockist network.

Launched in 2025 by Arbor Forest Products, Wood & Slumber has built a presence in the equestrian market with its sustainably sourced, dust-extracted and kiln-dried pine and spruce small-flake shavings. Designed to support absorbency and respiratory health, the bedding is also BETA NOPS accredited.

Peter joins the business with decades of equine industry experience spanning bedding, feed and equestrian retail, alongside a lifelong involvement with horses.

In his new role, Peter will focus on supporting existing stockists and expanding the brand’s retail reach nationwide.

Peter said: “I’ve spent most of my life around horses and yards, so I understand what people need from their bedding. Wood & Slumber is a consistently high-quality product with real practical benefits for horses and owners, and I’m looking forward to helping more people discover it while supporting our growing network of stockists around the country.”
