Sundown hides 300 Golden Tickets in bales of Sundown Yellow
Sundown Products is continuing its 50th anniversary celebrations with a Golden Ticket competition, hiding 300 Golden Tickets in bales of its Sundown Yellow bedding.
Ten top prizes of £100 of Sundown bedding (any type) are up for grabs, and the remaining tickets each win a free bale of Sundown Yellow. Competition stock is being delivered to participating retailers from mid-October, so customers could find a ticket in their bales through the winter.
Director Rachel Cubitt says: “We’re delighted to be launching this Golden Ticket competition with our retailers. It’s another reason for horse owners to try Sundown Yellow bedding, and for us to celebrate 50 years of manufacturing at our facility in Cambridgeshire. We can’t wait to hear about customers finding their Golden Tickets!”
Sundown Yellow is a double de-dusted chopped straw bedding with a fresh eucalyptus scent. The company says it is popular for its absorbency, robustness and ease of mucking out, and it is the bedding of choice for the Pony Club’s National Championships and a number of Bede Events competitions.
Family owned and run by the Cubitts, Sundown is a British manufacturer of fibre-based products for horses and livestock, including horse bedding, commercial poultry bedding and fibre pellet feed. It employs around 25 people, sources British raw materials and is a member of the Agricultural Industries Confederation (AIC) and the FEMAS feed materials assurance scheme. Earlier this year the company expanded its sales coverage in the south with a new appointment.
Retailers interested in stocking Sundown Yellow during the Sundown Golden Ticket competition should contact Sundown’s sales team.
